How do I reset my password?

Instructions for resetting your password

If you are already connected to your account, please log out before following the steps below.

  1. Select "Log in"

  2. Enter your email address, and click on "Forgot Password?"

  3. Confirm by clicking on “Continue”

  4. You will receive a password reset link on the email you use to login to your account.

  5. "Click on the link" in the password reset email.

  6. Choose a strong password.

    • Your password must contain:

      • At least 12 characters

      • At least 3 of the following:

        • Lower case letters (a-z)

        • Upper case letters (A-Z)

        • Numbers (0-9)

        • Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)

      • No more than 2 identical characters in a row

If you haven't received a reset email:

  1. Check your junk mail.

  2. Make sure you used the correct email address (the one you usually enter to log in).

Please note: If you do not receive a password reset email, it is possible that you created your account with a different email address, or that you have not yet created your account.
