At Dialogue, we have developed a scope of practice to ensure the highest standards of care, in line with the various medical guidelines in Canada. This scope of practice is constantly reviewed and updated by our medical and clinical quality committees. If you find yourself in a situation where we cannot treat you virtually, our team is available for further explanation, and to point you in the right direction.

In line with our continuous improvement practices, Dialogue has been certified by Accreditation Canada in 2022, becoming the first virtual care provider in Canada to receive the Basic Accreditation award, a third-party validation of safety and high quality of care.
