If you find yourself in a situation where we cannot treat you virtually, our team is available for further explanation, and to point you in the right direction.
In line with our commitment to continuous improvement, Dialogue became the first virtual care provider in Canada to be certified by Accreditation Canada in 2022, earning the Basic Accreditation award. Accreditation Canada serves as the third-party validation of our safety and quality of care. As of March 2025, Dialogue is proud to be the first and only virtual care provider accredited with Exemplary Standing.
