Active members in the Administrative Portal are eligible for Dialogue’s services.

Organizations have complete flexibility in determining eligibility for service. This includes the choice of whether to include part-time workers, employees on sick or parental leave, and even those whose employment has ended (ex. retirement). Dialogue places no restrictions on the employee eligibility.
