Once on the application (Web or mobile), follow these steps to create your Dialogue account:

If you are invited through an email address via your organisation or family member:

  1. Click on "Get Started.”
  2. Enter your first name, last name, and birthday (as they appear on your employee ID, government ID, or banking information) and then click on NEXT. Note that this information must match the exact information communicated to us by your organisation to properly identify you.
  3. Enter the email through which you were invited.
  4. Create a password.
  5. Confirm your password.
  6. You will receive an email to verify your email address.
  7. Click on the link you received by email.
  8. Read the medical consent and scroll to the bottom of the document. Tap on agree after understanding and taking note of the medical consent.

If you are invited through an ID number such as an employee ID or member number:

  1. Click on "Get Started.”
  2. Enter your first name, last name, and birthday (as they appear on your employee ID, government ID, or banking information) and then click on NEXT. Note that this information must match the exact information communicated to us by your organisation to properly identify you.
  3. Enter your unique ID number.
  4. Choose an email address to log in with in the future.
  5. Create a password.
  6. Confirm your password.
  7. You will receive an email to verify your email address.
  8. Click on the link you received by email.
  9. Read the medical consent and scroll to the bottom of the document. Tap on agree after understanding and taking note of the medical consent.
