About the administrative portal

Please note: this article is intended for Dialogue account administrators.

The Administrative Portal is where you can import and export the list of eligible members, view/modify your organization and member details, as well as view all of your invoices to date.

The Administrative Portal is accessible via Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge Chromium. Please note that Internet Explorer is not supported.

An organization administrator will have the permissions needed to invite new members, deactivate members who no longer have access to Dialogue, add other administrators, as well as modify the billing contact.

The Dialogue Administrative Portal does not give administrators access to medical information or patient records, all consultation information is confidential.
