If you wish to cancel your upcoming appointment, it would be best to speak directly to our medical team through the Dialogue application. This can be done by logging into the Dialogue platform, and continuing your chat with our medical team.

Please note that missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 1 hour before your appointment) will result in a 50$ fee after the second missed appointment.
