As an eligible member to Dialogue, you will need to sign into your Dialogue account, and follow these steps:
- Start a consultation through the available chat box.
- Answer ALL the questions asked via chat.
- If your consultation does not require you to be out-referred*, you will be offered to schedule the next available appointment, or schedule an appointment for later.
- Scheduling an appointment for later will give you later appointment options.
If none of the available options work for you, we will make sure to help you find an appointment that works for you!
*Please note that you will not be given the option to schedule an appointment if your health issue cannot be treated via telemedicine, which would require you to be out-referred to a clinic or the emergency room. In the event of this happening, our team will be happy to help you find the most accessible resource for you.
