Resetting the password to your administrative account

Please make sure that you are using a supported browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Chromium Edge) when completing the following steps:

  1. Head over to admin.dialogue.co

  2. Enter the email address used for your administrator account.

  3. The following screen will then prompt a password, select “Forgot Password?” (in blue)

  4. Enter the administrative email address for a password reset link to be sent.

  5. Click on the password reset link in the email to then reset your password.

  6. Once the password has been successfully reset, you can then log back in with your new password.

If you haven’t received a reset email:

  1. Check your spam/junk mail folders.

  2. Ensure the correct email address was used to log in to your administrator account.
