Your personal and medical information, as well as the history of your consultations, are entirely confidential. Your employer, insurance provider, or family members do not have access to any of the information regarding your EAP consultations. This includes primary account holders and their family members over the age of 14. Children under the age of 14 do not hold personal accounts, thus the parent who is the main account holder has the ability to consult with them.
