Internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy (iCBT) is a type of therapy provided through a computer or mobile device (i.e. the Dialogue application) without the direct intervention of a practitioner. It has been proven to be effective in the treatment of depression and other psychological conditions.

Dialogue's iCBT provides members with anonymous access to evidence-based information and self-help for mental health and wellbeing.

To learn more about your iCBT self-care toolkit, you can go to your Dialogue account via our mobile application or at, via Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox.

From your home screen, please choose "Chat with a Professional" to be directed to the list of services available to you.

You can choose "Mental Health" to be directed to the options available to you. Please select "Access your Self-care toolkits" to learn more about iCBT and begin working through the program.
