Internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy (iCBT) is a type of therapy provided through a computer or mobile device (i.e. the Dialogue application) without the direct intervention of a practitioner. It has been proven to be effective in the treatment of depression and other psychological conditions.
Dialogue's iCBT provides members with anonymous access to evidence-based information and self-help for mental health and wellbeing.
