Members of participating companies along with their families and organisations can access Dialogue’s iCBT services. Please make your way to your Dialogue application or https://app.dialogue.co/ to learn more about the services available to you. You can verify your coverage through the following steps:

On the web application

  1. Select your name in the top left of the screen

  2. Select Coverage in the drop down menu

  3. A list of services available to you will appear

On the Dialogue application

  1. Select the sidebar on the application

  2. Select “What’s covered”

  3. A list of services available to you will appear

If you do not see Dialogue’s iCBT services within your account and believe they should be present, please contact support@dialogue.co or chat with us via the icon int he bottom right, we would be happy to assist you.
