Attaching a file in the Dialogue application:
From within a conversation with the care team:
Click on the "File" icon at the bottom of the chat. This will give you a choice of either taking a picture or choosing one that is saved in your phone.
If you would like to upload a medical record or other document you can also do so by choosing "File".
