How do I start a consultation?

Before starting a consultation, you must make sure you have created your Dialogue account.

Once you have created your account, you can start a consultation using our web application at app.dialogue.co (Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox), or our mobile application.

From the welcome page please choose "Chat with a professional" to be directed to the list of services available to you.

Please choose the service that best suits your needs and then select "Start consultation".

The application will then ask you a series of automated intake questions to get you in touch with one of our professionals, set you up with an appointment, or give you the best resources for the issue you are experiencing.

Please note: You must answer all questions in the chat in order to proceed to the next step of your consultation request.

Video consultations happen directly within the app - you can simply log into your account a few minutes before your appointment, and accept the call when it comes in.
