Your information is stored in an electronic medical record (“EMR”) system.

You may be thinking, what is an EMR? An EMR is a computer-based patient record specific to a single clinical practice. EMRs can improve communication between Dialogue’s various providers and support productivity. At Dialogue, EMRs help us to improve communication between our healthcare providers and you (our members), positively impacting health outcomes and patient safety.

Dialogue uses end-to-end encryption to keep your stored data and communications through the app private. This means that only you and the person you are communicating with can read your messages. Nobody, not even Dialogue, can read them.
