No, Dialogue cannot access your personal information including personal health information on your tablet or phone. We do not have access to any information or functionalities on your device unless you explicitly grant permission in the app.
If necessary for your consultation, we may request access to your camera, photos and microphone to conduct video consultations with you and to allow you to upload specific documents. Your location may also be requested for emergency care or navigation services, and sharing it is entirely optional.
You have full control over the permissions you grant. You can choose not to grant any permissions during first-time use. You can also revoke the permissions through the app settings or on your device at any time.
Additionally, we do not record any audio or video communications.
