Why does my account require a phone number?

Why add a phone number to your Dialogue account?

We require entering a phone number during the sign-up process in order to contact you during virtual consultations that may occur either via phone or video-call. Additionally, it may be used to contact you in emergency situations.

This phone number can be a cell phone number or a landline, as long as you have access to it during your consultations with Dialogue.
