How to use trackers in the Wellness Program

Updated over 3 months ago

What is a tracker?

A fitness tracker is an app or wearable device that you use to track fitness activities and health measurements. You can connect many different tracking apps or devices to your account.

How do I connect a tracker?

  1. Click on Profile

  2. Then, Fitness Trackers

  3. Click on 'Connect' next to your tracker

  4. You will then be taken to the tracker authentication page to link to complete the connection.

Why am I not seeing my data syncing?

Your data may appear missing or outdated if your connected apps or trackers have not synced with the app. Your tracker data is automatically refreshed at regular intervals and we try to ensure it is ready for you when you log in. Sometimes, however, you might beat us to it.

Have you synced your device?

For some trackers, you will need to sync your device with an app or computer before your data is available to us. If you are still not seeing your data, make sure you have synced your device.

How does the syncing process work?

Data from your connected tracker accounts is automatically synced once you've connected them. This syncing happens regularly but not in realtime so you may experience a slight delay before you see new data on the app.
