How to use trackers in the Wellness Program

Updated over a week ago

What is a tracker?

A tracker is an app or device that you use to track fitness activities and health measurements. You can connect many different tracking apps or devices to your account.

How do I connect a tracker?

  1. Navigate to “Connect trackers” from:

  • The settings avatar

  • The weekly target history page

  • The challenge join screen

  • Progress widget

2. Click on "Connect" next to the tracker you would like to connect.

3. You will now be taken to the tracker authentication page to link to Tictrac.

How do I disconnect a tracker?

  1. Click on your settings avatar from the top menu.

  2. Select “Connect trackers”.

  3. Click the "Disconnect" button for the tracker account you wish to disconnect.

Why am I not seeing my data syncing?

Your data may appear to be missing or out of date if your connected apps or trackers have not synced with the app.

Your tracker data is automatically refreshed at regular intervals and we try to ensure it is ready for you when you log in. Sometimes, however, you might beat us to it.

Have you synced your device?

For some trackers, you will need to sync your device with an app or computer before your data is available to us. If you are still not seeing your data, make sure you have synced your device.

How does the syncing process work?

Data from your connected tracker accounts is automatically synced once you've connected them. This syncing happens regularly but not in realtime so you may experience a slight delay before you see new data on the app.

Which Trackers are available?

  • Apple Health

  • Fitbit

  • Garmin

  • GoogleFit

  • My Phone

  • Runkeeper

What about Samsung Health?

Samsung Health is not currently supported but if you’re using an Android device, data can often be synchronized via Google Fit.

What if I don’t have a wearable device?

You can use your phone's built in pedometer to record steps.
