A few troubleshooting tips if you are having issues with trackers

If you are having issues with your tracker please try the following:

  1. Disconnect Tracker

  2. Ensure you have the latest version available from App stores

  3. Then please restart the Dialogue app.

  4. Reconnect your Tracker

Please note: The first sync may take up 6 hours to reflect in the App.
