In order to be able to book a consultation you need to log into the mobile app or the web-app (at app.dialogue.co).

From the welcome page please choose "Chat with a professional" to be directed to the list of services available to you.

Please choose "Physical Health" and then select "Start a consultation".

The application will then ask you a series of intake questions to get you in touch with a care practitioner, set you up with an appointment, or give you the best resources for the issue you are experiencing.
