What to do if I'm experiencing technical issues with the mobile or web app?

Examples of technical issues:

  • You are logged in and waiting for your appointment but have not received a call or any messages from the care team.
  • Video calls do not connect.
  • You receive an error message.
  • The app or pages within the app refuse to load.
  • The app freezes.

Troubleshooting mobile app issues:

  • Minor issues with the mobile application can often be solved by making sure your mobile device is up to date, then deleting and reinstalling the mobile application.
  • If this does not fix the problem, you can also try to access your account using a different mobile device or via the web app. 

Troubleshooting web app issues:

  • Minor issues with the web app can often be solved by clearing your browser history and cookies, closing your web browser, and then logging back in.
