Often minor issues with the application can be solved by deleting and reinstalling the mobile application.
Give this a try if :
You are logged in and waiting for your appointment but have not received a call or any message from the care team.
You receive an error message.
The app refuses to load.
The app freezes.
If this does not fix the problem, you can also try to access your account via the web app at app.dialogue.co.
