How do I change the language of my Dialogue application?

The Dialogue application automatically uses the language of your browser or your mobile device’s operating system.

To change the language displayed in the Dialogue app, you can modify the language settings of your browser or mobile device.

For iOS users, you can change the language specifically for the Dialogue app by following the steps below:

  • Go to your "Settings".
  • Scroll down and select "Apps".
  • Scroll down and select "Dialogue".
  • Choose your preferred language.

If you do not see the option to do this, you will first need to add a secondary language in the "Language & Region" section, in your general settings.

 A few important notes:

  • The "communication preference" option in your profile dictates the language of the e-mails you receive from our Care team.
  • All interventions will be in the language of your choice. Our Care team will respond to you in the language in which you choose to communicate. This applies to chats, phone and video consultations, prescription renewals, etc.
  • Currently, we can only guarantee service in English and French. Dialogue has several practitioners who can speak other languages, but we cannot guarantee prompt availability in all provinces.
