We suggest using a personal email address which you have access at all times. You can follow the steps below to change your login email address:
- Log into your account.
- Go to the account settings (icon of the 2 people on the top right-hand side).
- Select "Profile".
- Select "Email", and enter the new email address you wish to use, followed by "Save".
- The system will then send you a verification email at the newly chosen email address.
- Please click the "Change Email Address" button in the email received.
- You will be redirected to the app, where you will be prompted to enter your password again. Please use the same password previously used to log into your account.
- Press "Next".
Note: If you cannot remember your password, you can close and re-open the app, log out, proceed with logging back in, and reset your password after entering your email.
If the change was unsuccessful, it may be because you have already created an account with the desired email address. Please contact our support team for assistance.
