What can I do to troubleshoot my tracker issues?

If you are having issues with your tracker, please try the following:

  1. Disconnect your tracker:
    • Please disconnect your wearable device from the Dialogue app
    • Navigate to Account > Fitness Trackers and click on “Disconnect” next to your tracker

  2. Delete and reinstall the app:
    • Delete the Dialogue app from your device to clear the cache
    • Re-download and install the Dialogue app from the App Store or Google Play Store
    • Ensure that you have the latest version of the Dialogue app installed

  3. Reconnect your tracker:
    • After reinstalling the app, reconnect your wearable device to the Dialogue app and ensure that all tracker permissions are enabled
    • Navigate to Account > Fitness Trackers and click on “Connect” next to your tracker

Note: The first sync may take up 6 hours to reflect in the application.
