What are the eligibility requirements for members?

Organizations have complete flexibility in determining eligibility for service. This includes the choice of whether to include part-time workers, employees on sick or parental leave, and even those whose employment has ended (e.g. retirement). Dialogue places no restrictions on employee eligibility.

If you add a member to the list of Active members in the Administrative Portal, they will be able to use Dialogue’s services.
