How do I reset the password on my administrative account?

Note: This article is intended for Dialogue account administrators. If you have any questions please contact your dedicated Customer Success point of contact or clients@dialogue.co.

Please make sure that you are using a supported browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Chromium Edge) when completing the following steps:

  1. Head over to Administrative Portal.
  2. Enter the email address used for your administrator account.
  3. The following screen will then prompt a password, select "Forgot Password?" (in blue).
  4. Enter the email address you use for your administrative account to receive a password reset email.
  5. Click on the password reset link in the email to reset your password.
  6. Once the password has been successfully reset, you can then log back in with your new password.

If you haven’t received a reset email:

  1. Check your spam/junk mail folders.
  2. Ensure the correct email address was used to log in to your administrator account.
  3. Ensure that you have already created your administrative account.
