Please make sure that you are using a supported browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Chromium Edge) when completing the following steps:
- Head over to Administrative Portal.
- Enter the email address used for your administrator account.
- The following screen will then prompt a password, select "Forgot Password?" (in blue).
- Enter the email address you use for your administrative account to receive a password reset email.
- Click on the password reset link in the email to reset your password.
- Once the password has been successfully reset, you can then log back in with your new password.
If you haven’t received a reset email:
- Check your spam/junk mail folders.
- Ensure the correct email address was used to log in to your administrator account.
- Ensure that you have already created your administrative account.
