Can I get a copy of my prescription?

For safety and regulatory reasons, medication prescriptions must be sent directly from our Care Team to your pharmacy. This process aligns with professional prescribing standards and helps prevent alteration or misuse of prescriptions and reduces the risk of the same prescription being dispensed multiple times at different pharmacies. There can also only be 1 original copy of the prescriptions, which is the version sent to your pharmacy. As a result, we're unable to provide copies of medication prescriptions directly to members.

If you would like a copy of your prescription for insurance purposes or for your personal records, we recommend contacting your pharmacy, who can provide the required documentation or receipts.

This restriction applies only to medication prescriptions. Non-medication prescriptions (e.g. compression stockings, light therapy, podiatry, etc.) are completed using a different form and can be sent directly to our members, as long as no medication is involved.
