After your consultation, your practitioner requires some time to finish writing their notes, preparing resources, and completing any prescriptions, referrals or forms discussed during your appointment.
When they have finished these tasks, you will receive your Care Plan, which is a summary of what was discussed during your appointment and your practitioner’s care recommendations. These will be sent directly in the chat where your appointment took place. Please note that these recommendations do not include any files or prescriptions themselves.
You may also access all your Care Plans at any time by clicking on “Services” and finding the “Care Plans” tab.
After receiving your care recommendation, there may be a brief delay before your associated files become available. If you need your documents or prescriptions urgently due to a specific situation, please let us know.
