For children that do not have a provincial health card, you can add their hospital identification or birth certificate to their profile. If you do not have these documents, you can also use your own health card. Once you receive your child's provincial health card, please update the image in your child's account.
If you do not wish to add a health card photo to your child’s account, please make sure to bring a government issued photo ID with you during the appointment, as your practitioner will ask for this to confirm your identity.
