How do I remove a conversation with the care team?

Since conversations are considered part of your medical records, we are required by law to keep them for a specified number of years.

Dialogue makes privacy a top priority! These records are stored securely and are only accessible to you and the healthcare providers and supporting staff directly involved in delivering care.

For information on how long medical records are kept in each province, please consult the Canadian Medical Protective Association (“CMPA”) website by clicking here.

For more information about our retention policy, visit our Privacy Policy (under "How long we retain Personal Information") and Terms of Use (under Section 10, "Account Termination and Cancellation").
