How do I delete my account?

To initiate a request to close your account, please send an email to our Member Success team at support@dialogue.co.

This is a permanent action that cannot be undone. If you would like to use Dialogue again in the future, we recommend keeping your account. 

Please note:

  • If you do not have any consultation history, your account will be permanently deleted.
  • If you have had consultations with our Care Team, your account will no longer be accessible to you, but the content of your medical records will be retained in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory record retention requirements.
