How do I attach a photo or file in the application?

From within a conversation with the Care team:

  • Click on the "Paperclip" icon at the bottom of the chat. This will give you a choice of either taking a picture or choosing one that is saved in your device.
  • This can be used to share photos, forms and any other documents with our care team.
  • If requested by your practitioner, you can also upload a medical record or other documents in the same way. 
  • If you do not see the Paperclip icon, please make sure to erase all text written in the chat bubble first.
