How do I attach a photo or file in the application?

From within a conversation with the Care Team:

  • Click on the "File" paperclip icon at the bottom of the chat. This will give you a choice of either taking a picture or choosing one that is saved in your phone.
  • If requested by your practitioner, you can also upload a medical record or other document in the same way.
