How do I start a consultation?

To discuss your health, you must do so directly via our application by following these steps: 

  1. Log in to your account using the mobile or web app if you are using a computer. 
  2. From the welcome page, choose "Get care now" or "Services" from the toolbar. You will then see the different types of services available to you. 
  3. Please select the option that best suits your needs and select "Start a consultation"
  4. The application will ask you a series of intake questions so that we can pair you with the best professional for your needs, set you up with an appointment, or give you the best resources for the issue you are experiencing. 

Please note: 

  • All communications regarding your health must happen through the application for reasons of confidentiality and security. Please do not share any confidential information with our Member Success team via email or via the support chat on this page. 
  • You must answer all questions in the chat in order to proceed to the next step of your consultation request.
  • Video consultations happen directly within the app. You can simply log into your account a few minutes before your appointment and accept the call when it comes in.
  • If you experience any issues during intake or booking, you can write directly to the Care team to request assistance in the chat box in this same conversation where you requested the consultation.
