How do I upload my health card and when do I need it?

A health card is mainly used as a form of identification and is not required to access Dialogue consultations. If you do not have a health card, there are no limitations to using Dialogue services. However, if you do not have a health card to upload, please make sure you have another form of valid photo ID available when joining your appointment, as it may be requested for identity verification.

To upload your health card, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account using the mobile or web app if you are using a computer.
  2. From the welcome page, select the icon of a person on the top right-hand side.
  3. Select "Profile".
  4. Select "Health Card".
  5. Click on "Select photo" to upload a photo of your card.
