We suggest using a personal email address which you have access at all times. You can follow the steps below to change your login email address:
- Log in to your Dialogue account.
- Click on the round "Account" icon at the top right-hand corner of your screen.
- Choose "Profile".
- Choose "Email".
- Enter the new email address you would like to use as your login email and click "Save".
You will receive a verification email at the new email address chosen.
- Follow the steps in that email to verify your new email address.
Note: If the change was unsuccessful, it may be because you have already created an account with the desired email address. Please contact support@dialogue.co so our team can further assist you.
