If you are not receiving a system email, like a password reset request, to a work email address, a firewall could be creating interference. Please get in touch with your IT department and ask them to add the following to their safe senders list:
- dialogue.co
- *.dialogue.co
- *.dialoguecorp.com
Once this is complete, please reset your password once more.
