You can follow the steps below to reset your password:
- If you are already logged in to your account, click on the round "Account" icon at the top right and click "Sign Out".
- On the homepage, click "Log in".
- Enter your email address, and click "Continue".
- Click "Forgot Password?" and confirm by clicking "Continue".
- You will receive a password reset email at the provided email address.
- Click on the "Reset password" link in the reset email.
- Choose a strong password. Your new password must contain the following criteria:
- At least 12 characters
- At least 3 of the following:
- Lower case letters (a-z)
- Upper case letters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
- No more than 2 identical characters in a row
Note: If you do not see the password reset email in your inbox, please check your junk and spam folders. If you still cannot see the password reset email, you may have created your account with a different email address, or you may not have yet completed your registration.
