How to register as the main account holder
- Download the app on mobile (iOS, Android) or access the app on the web.
- Select "Canada" at the bottom of the page.
- Click on "Create Your Account".
- Enter your email address and choose a strong password.
- The system will send you a verification email to the chosen email. Click on the link in the email to complete the verification.
- Fill in your profile details, ensuring your name and date of birth match your government ID. This information is used to verify your eligibility.
- If your details match your organization's records, your services will be unlocked, and a confirmation screen will appear.
You may be prompted to enter additional information to complete your registration. This could be:
- An access code found in your invitation email
A unique identifier (e.g. employee ID number)
The email address you were invited with (work or personal)

Note: If you received an email invitation from Dialogue, you can simply click the button in the email to create your account.
How to register as a family member
Follow these steps if you have been invited by your family member to join Dialogue:
Download the app on mobile (iOS, Android) or access the app on the web.
Select "Canada" at the bottom of the page.
Click on "Create Your Account".
Enter the email address your family member used to invite you and choose a strong password.
The system will send you a verification email to the chosen email. Click on the link in the email to complete the verification.
Fill in your profile details, ensuring your name and date of birth match your government ID.
Note: If you already have a Dialogue account with that email, please contact support@dialogue.co to link your account to your family member's coverage.
