How do I edit or choose my pharmacy?

Add my new pharmacy

During appointment booking, you will be prompted to add your pharmacy. 

If you are unable to select the correct pharmacy, please first input the pharmacy type (e.g. Shoppers Drug Mart / Jean Coutu / Familiprix / Rexall). Then, input the address, starting with the address number, followed by the street name. Alternatively, try the postal code.

If none of these options work, please reach out to the support team for assistance. 

Change my existing pharmacy

If you already have a consultation scheduled or would like a prescription to be sent to a different location, please reach out in the chat where your appointment was confirmed and ask our care team to modify your pharmacy. 

If you do not have an appointment scheduled, please feel free to wait until an appointment has been scheduled. You can ask our care team to change the pharmacy in your file at that moment. 

If you are still unable to select a pharmacy or encounter any other issues, please reach out to the support team for assistance.
