What to do if I'm unable to select a time during appointment booking?

To return to a chat where you are in the process of scheduling an appointment, whether it be an initial appointment or a follow-up, please click on Services then Inbox in your account. You will see a list of the previous conversations you have started in your account. 

The conversation with the most recent activity will be found at the top of the list.

If you are trying to schedule an appointment, but do not see any times available in the chat where your appointment is being scheduled, please click on the "I need help" or "Help me schedule an appointment at a later time" button at the bottom of the screen. This will direct you to speak with a member of our care team, who can assist you with scheduling your appointment.

If you do not see any times posted and do not see the "I need help" button, please write to our care team instead within the chat.
