Online Counselling connects you with licensed psychotherapists and social workers for one-on-one, confidential mental health support. They can support you through stress, anxiety, overwhelm, relationship issues, life transitions, and more.
This service is available to anyone 14 or older in Canada who is granted eligibility to the service through our mobile or web app. We recommend you verify with your employer or organization if this is part of your Dialogue plan.
While Online Counselling offers valuable support, it is not suitable for individuals who require immediate crisis management, medication prescriptions, official diagnoses, or specialized treatment for complex conditions like OCD.
Important: Online Counselling is not intended to provide emergency or crisis support. If you are in crisis or distress, we strongly suggest you reach out to emergency services like 911 or 988.
Online Counselling is an out-of-pocket mental health service available through Dialogue. Access depends on your coverage. If Online Counselling is available to you, you will see it as an option under the "Mental Health" tile in the app. You may also have access to other mental health services through your organization- or employer-sponsored coverage, so we recommend reviewing your available options before getting started.
