Each 50-minute video or phone session costs $140 CAN, taxes included, unless partially subsidized by your organization. These sessions are offered as a pay-per-session model (no subscription required).
A credit card is required to access the service. You will be asked to input your card to secure your spot. Payment is charged to your credit card after the session.
Cancellation and missed appointment fees apply in accordance with our policy.
Many insurance plans cover Online Counselling for services from licensed psychotherapists or registered social workers. Confirm your plan covers your chosen practitioner type before booking. You will receive a receipt after each appointment to submit for reimbursement. Please note that we do not have access to your insurance information.
Online Counselling is an out-of-pocket mental health service available through Dialogue. Access depends on your coverage. If Online Counselling is available to you, you will see it as an option under the "Mental Health" tile in the app. You may also have access to other mental health services through your organization- or employer-sponsored coverage, so we recommend reviewing your available options before getting started.
