Before uploading, please ensure your photo(s) meet the following criteria:
- Take the photo(s) in a well-lit area.
- Take one photo at arm’s length so we can see the body area.
- Take one close-up where the skin can be seen well.
- Make sure the affected area is fully visible and not covered, blurry, or cut off.
If you still experience difficulties uploading your photo(s), you can try the following:
- Try sending the photo(s) in JPG format.
- If the file is too large, try reducing the file size before uploading.
- Alternatively, you can take a screenshot of the original photo and try uploading the screenshot instead.
