Health Panel is an individual service. Each eligible family member must start the intake through their own account to access this service.
Eligible members must be:
- Aged 14 years old and over
- Not pregnant
- Residents of Ontario or Quebec
Health Panel is an out-of-pocket physical health service available through Dialogue. Access depends on your coverage. If Health Panel is available to you, you will see it as an option under the "Services" tab in the app. You may also have access to other physical health services through your organization- or employer-sponsored coverage, so we recommend reviewing your available options before getting started.
