You can request a full refund up until the time you have received the lab request and gone to do the tests at a Dynacare lab. If the tests have not yet been carried out, you will be given a full refund of $499 CAN, but you will no longer be able to book a consultation to review your results.
For the consultation after doing your tests, you can change or cancel your Health Panel appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no cost.
Appointment policy:
- Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours: $80 CAN
- Missed appointments: $80 CAN
Health Panel is an out-of-pocket physical health service available through Dialogue. Access depends on your coverage. If Health Panel is available to you, you will see it as an option under the "Services" tab in the app. You may also have access to other physical health services through your organization- or employer-sponsored coverage, so we recommend reviewing your available options before getting started.
