When will I get charged?

The vast majority of services available through Dialogue are free to you as they are sponsored by your employer or organization. However, there may be instances where you have to pay out-of-pocket if an external referral or specific service falls outside your Dialogue plan.

You will always be informed of any out-of-pocket costs before you proceed with a consultation or service.

If a service requires payment, how and when you're charged can vary by service

If your insurance benefits plan covers the service, you can submit your receipt to your insurer for reimbursement according to the terms of your coverage. Please check with your insurance before making the payment to ensure this can be reimbursed.

Online Counselling

You'll be asked to enter your credit card information when booking an appointment. Payment will only be charged to your credit card after the session. After your session, you will receive an insurance receipt that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

Online Counselling is an out-of-pocket mental health service available through Dialogue. Access depends on your coverage. If Online Counselling is available to you, you will see it as an option under the "Mental Health" tile in the app. You may also have access to other mental health services through your organization- or employer-sponsored coverage, so we recommend reviewing your available options before getting started.

Health Panel

You’ll be asked to enter your credit card information as the first step when accessing Health Panel services. Payment will be charged to your credit card before continuing with the intake questions.

Your insurance receipt will be provided once you've completed your Health Panel journey.

Health Panel is an out-of-pocket physical health service available through Dialogue. Access depends on your coverage. If Health Panel is available to you, you will see it as an option under the "Services" tab in the app. You may also have access to other physical health services through your organization- or employer-sponsored coverage, so we recommend reviewing your available options before getting started.
