Health Panel is a service that allows eligible Dialogue members access to biomarker testing and interpretation of results. It includes an intake questionnaire, a physician or nurse practitioner reviewed lab requisition, a standard blood panel through Dynacare, clinician review of the results, a health dashboard, and a follow-up consultation with a Dialogue practitioner.
Health Panel is intended for eligible adult members who want a simple, trusted way to better understand their health through clinician-reviewed lab testing and follow-up.
Important: At this time, Health Panel services are limited to users located in Quebec and Ontario who have access to Primary Care services, and who are at or above the age of majority in their province.
Health Panel is an out-of-pocket physical health service available through Dialogue. Access depends on your coverage. If Health Panel is available to you, you will see it as an option under the "Services" tab in the app. You may also have access to other physical health services through your organization- or employer-sponsored coverage, so we recommend reviewing your available options before getting started.
